I’m Jose Razo — born and raised in Houston, Texas. I’ve spent years building in this city, and everything I’ve built has been rooted here. When I started Allens Landing Cleaning LLC, it wasn’t just about starting another business. It was about doing right by someone who had already done right by me.
Victoria had been cleaning for me for six years. Six years of showing up, doing the work without being asked twice, and never cutting corners. When I saw an opportunity to build something real, I wanted her to be part of it — not as a contractor, but as a valued member of the team. That’s where this started.
The cleaning business is also a natural extension of my real estate work. Through Allens Landing Group LLC, I manage long-term rentals, short-term vacation properties, and fix-and-flip homes across the Houston area. I know what investors and property managers need from a cleaning partner — not just a clean space, but reliable communication, tight turnaround times, and a team that treats every property like it matters.
My goal has always been to build something that lasts — a company that empowers the people who work for it, gives back to the community we live in, and sets an example for my kids of what it looks like to build something with integrity.
The two companies work hand-in-hand. Every rental property in the portfolio is maintained to the same cleaning standard offered to outside clients.
